Is EviaRide the official Freebike website?
No. EviaRide is an independent dealer. The Melrose 1.2 comes from a limited original European stock and is sold and serviced by EviaRide.
Is delivery in Germany free?
Yes, delivery within Germany is included in the sales price.
Can I try out the bike beforehand?
Yes. Test rides in Hamburg are possible by confirmed appointment.
How is the bike delivered?
The bike is checked and adjusted before handover. We will arrange the specific delivery date with you.
What colors and sizes are available?
Coffee Brown and Glossy Pink, each in sizes S and M, while limited supplies last.
Is there an additional manufacturer's warranty?
EviaRide currently does not promise any additional voluntary manufacturer's warranty. The statutory defect rights apply without restriction.
