Free delivery within Germany
Delivery of the Freebike Melrose 1.2 within Germany is included in the sales price. The bicycle will be inspected, adjusted and handed over ready for use. The specific delivery period will be displayed before purchase with the product and at checkout.
Collection in Hamburg
Free collection is possible by appointment. We will provide the exact collection address and time slot after the appointment has been confirmed.
Transport damage
Please check the bicycle upon handover. Visible transport damage should be documented immediately and reported to us if possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns
Please coordinate all returns with EviaRide in advance. A separate collection is required for bicycles that cannot be sent as a parcel. The specific return fee will be clearly stated before the sale is activated and before the contract is concluded.
